By accessing or using FUZONIX services operated by Trading Fusion LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use FUZONIX services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper licensing
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations
• You must not transfer the materials to another person

3. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.99% uptime for our services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, you may be eligible for service credits as outlined in your specific service agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to active customers.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Trading Fusion LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use FUZONIX services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Trading Fusion LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
